Error Code in Excel Data Validation

I am working on Dynamic Dependent Dropdowns for our farming operation. I have created the table for all my Clients, Farms, and Fields. In using:
"Dynamic (Cascading) Dropdowns that reset on change", http://chandoo.org/wp/2014/02/13/dynamic-cascading-dropdowns-that-reset/
I followed all the instructions and even referred back to the example sheet as much as I could. My problem is when I go to use Data Validation on my Data Entry Sheet. I can get the Main List to work fine, it is the Sublist I am having trouble getting to accept.
When I go to add the Sublist through Data Validation, the following error message pops up: "The Source currently evaluates to an error. Do you want to continue?" If I click yes or no, it doesn't matter which, I do not get my 2nd and 3rd columns to come up.
Please help, I've been battling this all day.

Find the attached. While creating the named ranges formula for Sub List you forgot to make your cell B4 as absolute reference that was the reason why you were getting an error.

But when I downloaded your sheet correction, I have to ask, do I want B4 as an absolute reference? I need the column "Field" to reference to what is in "Farm" and "Farm" to reference to "Client". That is what I am also tangling with.

Thanks for your help. Greatly appreciated and now it makes more sense. I am new to this part of Excel and wanting to get better.
I do have one more question though that bothered me yesterday. I want to add a calendar that I can click on in column D following the "Field" column. I want to be able to go down to the next row down with it as we complete a task on that field and so on. When I went to some Google sites, I did not find anything that could expand down the column as I want, it seemed it was for all individual cells. I share this file with 2 others when I get it set up the way I want......We currently share one now, but it is pretty crude and we have to insert all our data manually.
