Hi Sir,

Just want your help on allocation thing. Saw various solutions of yours on sheet but not matching with my scenario, Your help will be gem for me.
Regards,

Query:
I Want to allocate the task to team my team equally.
If anyone is absent then I want to exclude his/her name from allocation.
If someone has done some work on today's date that then it should be counted and new allocation number should be counted basis his outstanding target.
The allocation has to be completed.
Attached is the file for your reference.

Questions:
1) Are all task equal? eg workload?
2) How to know 'who is absent'? (terminology)

Where is Your needed sample result even with that amount of data?

Thanks for prompt reply Sir.
Answers:
1) Yes all the tasks are equal and workload is also same.
2) Name of absent people can be manually inputted by me and similarly the formula/VBA should run further. We can use normal terminology(Absent/Present) against the name of employee.

The results should be populated in same sheet.

2) You should tell exact information ... not like 'we can use...'
So far, this needs more data to do ... clear idea what and how?
Later ... yes ... do You those future formulas and VBA?
If Yes, then okay .. if no ... then 'clear idea'.

Where is Your needed sample result even with that amount of data?
You should able to show know: result ... layout ... which You would like to get.

Hi Sir,

I'm sorry for putting things that way.

I'm attaching the file and I've mentioned the requirements and also the sample result.

Many Thanks
