Ensuring two columns are validated/match

Hi team Chandoo,
I am hopelessly stuck on this one. I have attached my workbook.
On the tab labelled Resp dust & Qtz in columns G and H. What is supposed to happen is the user selects using the drop down box in column G from 4 groups. This then picks up the available options in column H dropdown (using =INDIRECT).

What appears to be happening is the users are using it as a browse button and skipping between the 2 columns. When I receive the sheet back it then fails validation as the drop downs don’t match.

What I need is for then to not be able to change column G once H is chosen. My brain is aching on this.

You could use a dynamic validation list for the reporting class as well as the sub-category. I have used the named formula 'ValidationClass' for this.
