Hi all,

I have a list from which I take some values using "If(and " formula. The values I get have empty rows between them (naturally). What formul can I use to eliminate these empty rows and have all the vlues in sequencce in a fresh list?

Tried selecting all columns in list, then Data tab, Sort, selecting column criteria, and pressing Enter? This will leave you a new shortened and sorted list.

I want this to be done automatically because I want to export the resulting list to new worksheets for further calculations

Do you feel comfortable recording a macro that just does those steps? Selecting columns, Data tab, Sort, add criteria, press Enter... If not, I'll record it for you and paste here.
