We are conducting monthly survey and based on whether customer has a complaint or Feedback or Appreciation, we need to send a customised response to each one of them. It would be easy, if there is a drop-down at the end of each rows where the response can be categorised. Once when all the responses are classified, a button should be clicked which should trigger emails to all the respondents depending upon the category selected in the drop-down.


Can anyone help?

There are a lot of examples in this site regarding mail sending. Below you'll find a couple where I posted but you might find many more if you use the built-in search feature at the top right of this page.


Despite of this it'd be helpful if you upload a sample file and elaborate a bit more the triggering conditions for sending mails.
