We are conducting monthly survey and based on whether customer has a complaint or Feedback or Appreciation, we need to send a customised response to each one of them. It would be easy, if there is a drop-down at the end of each rows where the response can be categorised. Once when all the responses are classified, a button should be clicked which should trigger emails to all the respondents depending upon the category selected in the drop-down.
