Hello! I work in an industry where we visit many trade shows per year. These shows effect the availability of pricing specials for our customers. The Customer Service department would like a calendar printed that visually helps them see the block of time (so standard calendar view) that the shows take place so they can track forwards and backwards as needed.
I would like to be able to use the attached for format/look (which would be based on Chandoo's standard 2010 calendar) to somehow have events automatically fed in so the date blocks are colored and the name of the event is listed (similar to an Outlook calendar but upkeep in an Outlook calendar has been tedious and our IT won't allow me to grant universal access for everyone to view).
Has anyone done anything like this before? I don't want to reinvent the wheel... I looked at Chandoo's Pivot Calendar but that didn't look like it would result in the what I'd like to see.
Thank you!
