Dynamic Ranges (formulas not copying down)

In the attached file, I want to keep rows 2-4 as they are. I have formulas in all cells with red font. If you click cell G6, then press tab a new row will be inserted. The formula from column C copies down, but the formulas from D6:G6 do not copy down. Why aren't they copying down?

As far as I can see there are no formulas in cols D to G ??

I downloaded the file I attached and I still see formulas in there. See this picture. The formula in C6 starts in C2. The formula in D6 simply refers to D5, then it's copied across to G6.

When I select G6, then press the tab key, a new row inserts. The formula in C6 copies down to C7 (maybe because it begins on row 2?). However, the formulas from D6:G6, do not copy down to D7:G7 (maybe because it doesn't begin on row 2?).
