Dynamic Range?

Hi,

I am trying to setup a dynamic range in my sheet using offeset but no matter what I do I cannot get the formula to include all of my columns, so I have just given up and used a static range.

Please can some advise where I am going wrong? I have trawled the internet and the only resources I can find show how to create a dynamic range for one column and multiple rows using CountA. I thought about using CountA for the columns but the formula doesnt work.

In the sheet attached I want to create a dynamic range for sheet Data_2014.

Any help would be appreciated.
