Dynamic Gantt - Adding the UPDATED fields

Hi everyone,

I'd like to share with the community a dynamic gantt that I use on a daily basis as a project manager.

The problem is that I'm missing an UPDATED fields in which I can updated any expected changes in the project while leaving the PLANNED fields as is. That way I can compare my initial planning to the updated one. On top of that there is the ACTUAL performane of the project that is being compared to the UPDATED.

Please find attached the gantt.

I trust this professional comuunity to help me how to create these kind oh fileds or if you can share template of your own.

Hi Oren ,

Since no one has replied so far , even though at least 6 members have viewed the file , can we assume that they have not yet developed a template on these lines ?

If so , can you explain how you wish to use this field ? What values / data would you enter in it , and what use would be made of this ?
