Dynamic Dependable activex combo box with vba

Hi friends,

I have to create 3 active x combo boxes, which should be dependable on each other (i.e combo box 2 should contain the list items based on combo box 1 selection, and combo box 3 should contain list items based on combo box 2 selection.)
- for combo box list generation i am supposed to use VBA code.
- List items for combo boxes should be dynamic, as it can change when user will update the data

Please find attached the test file with more sample data and details on what i am trying to do.
