Dynamic Chart

Hello! I'm was made aware of creating an excel dynamic chart using the OFFSET and COUNTA function. Can someone help me how to create one for the sheet attached-

Here's what I want -

When I enter values in cell A10, B10 and C10 in IS+Pri Sheet, I want the IS+Pri Chart to automatically update and show the values with the formatting.

Is there a way I can do that?

If you make sure that you select all of the table then your chart will auto update.
