Dynamic Chart that filters Largest to Smallest

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me with the attached file, as I am trying to create a bar chart that will automatically sort largest to smallest when I select the filter i.e. business unit, team etc. I would like to avoid Macros unless there are automatically run. In the file you will find the raw data and a pivot table, which I am trying to automatically update with filtered & sorted data. I included a mocked up chart that I would like sorted largest to smallest.

I am thinking a pivot table would be the way to go, but can't seem to get it to work.

Thanks,
R

Hi,

You are plotting the sum of each subject, which will not change because of sorting. Can you give the example if you sort by say team how the graph should come out.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response, please find the requested chart on tab "Chart by Team".

Basically I want to be able to filter by just team 1 for example and / or sub team "A" etc.

Let me know if you need further info.

Thanks,
R
