I am just training in a security office.we have guard duty from 10-12 ,12-2,2-4and 4-5 every day.we have 46 recruits in our billet.every one gets his duty chance after every 5 days.i am saving the dates of there guard dutiees before there names in a excel spread sheet.I want some 1 to tell me some formulas and table formats to find the recruits who filled 5days after there last guard duty!!!
also i ordered the recruit names small to large order,2 of the recruits from small to large go for ROUNDS duty in a day ,so i need a way to find the next 2 guys in the same spread sheet!!helpme~~
