Duplicate Values

Dear Sir,
I have two tables I wanted to highlight duplicate from both table.
If Table 1 has duplicate in between then it should not highlight but it should highlight with Table 2 only.
If I apply duplicate formula then its highlighting duplicate values from single table as well but I wanted to highlight duplicate values from table 1 and 2.
