I am looking to create a resource management schedule, which would be like Outlook's Schedule view, except one which covers a full week or month. (outlook's schedule view only covers one day at a time). It would be used to plan project duties for several staff members.
I looked for templates around this site, but have found none that would be suitable to this task. Anyone have ideas on how to do this in excel?
