Duplicate Entries

For the attached excel sheet i have duplicate entries which i want to remain without removing. Here i need to add data for the same companies each time when they will come, instead of that can i arrange all the twice or triple entry companies in one set so that i can copy and paste the information..!! Please help me with this. Thanks

 
in conditional formatting i can highlight duplicate entries but can i set that duplicate entries in one set like

Applied industries has entries in diffrent places i want to make that in one place so that my work can be easier
 
Hi ,

You can use the Autofilter to filter the data , so that all entries with the data Applied Industries are visible ; now any copy + paste will operate only on the visible rows.

Sir are u saying like in filter option selecting the company which want and then copy and paste that i know for each time filtering the repeating the same company means its taking time can we have any other alternative??

If you can upload your file with enough data in it , and then explain what you want to do , it will be easier to come up with the right answer.

sir i have filtered with a to z but now i need data as it is like 1st attachment??

Thanks sir, yes i can go with a to z filter but i can't undo here it's a drawback can we use any other solution for this??
 
Hi ,

If you want an undo feature , all you need to do is enter the numbers 1 through 3352 in column C , and sort all 3 columns on column A.

When you wish to UNDO , just sort according to column C , so that you get back the original order.
