I need total duplicate count in Entire Column


Example :- Softball Clubs, Association

Softball Clubs, Championship

Softball Clubs, Championships

Softball Clubs, Coaching

Softball Clubs, Organisations

Soft Drink Manufacturers, Distributors

Soft Drink Manufacturers' Supplies, Machinery

Softball Clubs, Organisations

Soft Drink Manufacturers, Distributors

Assuming you data to be checked in A1:A9. Try the following approach to know how many duplicate you have. Drag-down as needed.


=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$9,A1)


If How many duplicate entry are there is needed. Put this is C1


=COUNTIF(B$1$:$B$9,">1")
