Duplicate Count Find by Countif Function

Hi,

I am working in Excel 2013

I am trying to Duplicate Count based on the column of "S", we put the countif function in "W" & "X" column, but properly not show the duplicate count.

Kindly provide the solution for itself. And I don't know what I am doing wrong...
