is there any way that can create a drop-down list in excel where you can select multiple options?

Yes, It is called Data validation. You could also use a form control called a combo box.

For data validation go to the data menu then to validation. While there choose "List" from the drop down.


You then have to select what you want to display in your drop down. Select a range and your done.
