Drill down to show another chart

Good Day/Evening,

I'm trying to create a chart when you click on the data label another chart will show up.

I have attached a spreadsheet, I'm trying to click on the first chart in the DB tab. The data label is SD Final approval when click I would like to see the chart from the Task Chart to show on the Dashboard. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
