Hi All,
We have a customer that want's to know how long a machine was down during his critical time periods. For example, he places a call on Monday at 9PM and it is down until Wednesday at 11AM.
Start 7/6/09 9:00 PM (Monday) Stop 7/8/2009 11:00:00 AM (Wednesday) This is the total Downtime. (38 Hours)
His critical time period is from 10pm to 8am Monday through Friday.
In this example there would be 2 hrs on 7/6, 8 hours plus another 2 hours on 7/7 and 8 hours on 7/8 for a total of 20 hrs down during his critical time periods.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
