Double links, same cell

This chart is in one tab

Drop Down (Software Hardware,Firmware)
Sev 1 Bugs 2 Cell formula, =IF(B3="Software",Data!C6,IF(B3="Hardware"
Sev 2 Bugs 11
Sev 3 Bugs 23

The data is pulled from another tab & table based on the Drop Down Selection

Question: How do I setup a link on the result of "Sev 1 Bugs" so that if I click on the number in the cell a link will open the web page with the 2 bugs detail?

If I set the cell to link to the page, it only links to one, and does not change when the drop down changes.
I also tried setting the number in the Data tab as a link but the table tab does not see it.
I would like the link to change when the drop down changes, so then I could click on the number and it would open the correct bug sort page.

Thanks for your help.
