Do not allow user to delete an excel file

I have an important file, I want to restrict the delete option of the file.


I do not want to be able to delete this particular file, is is possible ?


Can anyone please help me in this.
 
Not from within the file. You would need your IT admin to set up folder permissions so that no one except you has write access to the file/folder.
