Dividing Data Set Into Groups of Similar Size

I have a data set containing over 4,000 entries, each representing a particular file size. I need to break this into relatively equal groupings that total around 50 GB each. For example, each row contains a name and a total file size, representing how large their individual data set is. I need to migrate these from one storage platform to another, and can migrate about 50 GB at a time. Is there a way to create these groups automatically in Excel?

Upload sample workbook that accurately represent your data set (desensitized info, but data type should remain same as actual workbook).

Edit: Oh and specify what version of Excel you are using. That will also dictate what tools you can use.
