Disable Insert and Delete options from right click of mouse without disturbing Grouping

Hello guys,

Please help to find a relevant VBA code to disable the Insert and Delete command from the right click of Mouse button in a Excel workbook, but Group command shall work properly.

I have disabled both the commands in protecting mode but expand and colGroup menu
