Dinamic List with group by

Hi All,


I want to get like a summary for a table that i have... they way that I think I can get this information is doing like a dinamic list that show the data "Grouping by [Column1], [Column2], [etc.]" over the table; but i'm not sure its possible.


Any idea or other way to achieve this?


Attached is a excel file with the table that I have and what i want to get.
