Desiging a delivery note

Please can someone help me design my delivery note.


I have the 1st page (tab) with a price list (I dont want to touch this)- the 2nd page (tab) I want to put in my stock and quantity- and have the price list automatically corespond.


Then I want to have the 3rd page (tab) as a pivot table where I can refresh and it will all come together.


How do I do this - the pivot table is already set up I just need help with getting the price list to corespond with my quantities.

Just use your preferred file-sharing website ( SpeedyShare , GoogleDocs , SkyDrive , DropBox , Hotfile , RapidShare ,... ) to upload your file , give others permission to access and download your file , and post that access link in this same topic.
