Delivery and Order percentage

Active Member
Respected Sirs,

We have two parameters to be calculated -

(1) Delivery% -

This should be based on number of full (D3) and partial (E3) dispatches with respect to the total requests (B3). How to use both the parameters of number of full and partial dispatches to arrive at the delivery %

(2) Performance %

This should be based on number of orders @X (K3) and number of orders@Y (L3) with respect to the number of orders (I3).

Kindly find attached the file for your reference.

Thank you very much,

with regards,
thomas

Respected Sir,

Thank you very much for your support on this.

The sample value was not correct. I managed to use only one parameter and this is why he value was not correct.

No. of orders -C(J3) is the actioned orders and hence not considered.

For the partial can we vary the weightage.

For the values in K3 and L3 can we take the percentage individually.

Thank you very much,

with regards,
thomas

hmm ...
if You have already 'correct' formulas/values for Your need,
what for was Your question?

Respected Sir,

The formulas input by me is not correct. We need to take both parameters, and this I am not able to do.

Thank you very much,

with regards,
thomas

Hi Thomas !

It may be easier if you explain your calculation algorithm !

For F3 cell it could be easy as =D3/(D3+E3) or =D3/J3

For M3 cell : =(K3+L3)/I3

If I'm wrong just explain how do you calculate by hand / paper !

Respected Sir,

Thank you very much for your support on this.

Sir, there is yet no calculation derived for this. I was asked to use two parameters each for Delivery and Performance and was not able to get a logic to work this out.

I had only taken the following -

1. Delivery - Number of partial delivery/Number of requests
2. Performance - Number of orders @ Y/ Total number of orders.

I could not come to scenarios for the two parameters.

Thank you very much,

with regards,
thomas

@Thomas Kuriakose
I was asked to use two parameters...
Now only two parameters?
In the first case You had three parameters for use!
So, can You explain as clear as possible, what do You really want?
What kind of calculation is 'missing'?
What kind of results would be good?
( no! ... results comes from calculation!)

Respected Sir,

We need to arrive at the Delivery % and Performance % based on the following -

(1) Delivery% - User values of number of full (D3) and partial (E3) dispatches with respect to the total dispatches.

(2) Performance % - Use values of number of orders @X (K3) and number of order @Y(L3) with respect to the number of orders (I3).

Kindly suggest the possible scenarios in this case.

Thank you very much,

with regards,
thomas

Respected Sirs,

Thank you very much for your support.

My maths and application is very poor and hence posted posted in the forum. I could not work out a solution.

with regards,
thomas

Respected Sir,

I will go by the solution you and Sir Marc provided. Thank you so much for your support on this problem.

My manager told me to get the solution. But I have no inputs.

Thank you very much once again,

with regards,
thomas
