deleting rows/columns from view

I have a workbook with about 10 worksheets with referenced formulas.


Each worksheet has active cells only on the first page.


1. I've deleted all rows / columns using ctrl/shift/arrow => delete but the cells are still visible. Why?


2. I'd like the user only to see the 1st page of any worksheet - all other cells deleted for use in a particular program that requires it.


This seems very easy...just haven't figured it out...thank you for your help.

If you haven't performed yet the search herein, try going to the topmost right zone of this page (Custom Search), type the keywords used in Tags field when creating the topic or other proper words and press Search button. You'd retrieve many links from this website, maybe you find useful information and even the solution. If not please advise so as people who read it could get back to you as soon as possible.


If you happen to fail in your search, you should hide all rows and columns in order to not be seen: if you delete them you only make new blank and standard formatted cells to appear replacing the deleted ones.
