Delete Blank Rows

How to Delete Blank Rows. the data is not in the table or rang format so i cant select by using (ctrl & shift & 8). please see attached data .​

I can't find any blank rows in your example. All rows to row 63 have at least two cell with data within column J.
Please show which rows should be deleted by macro.
