Defaulting a (specific) workbook to open on a secondary monitor

I have an active refreshing excel chart that we run on a big seconary monitor to show stats for the day. Problem is when someone wants to use excel normally it opens on the big screen when I want it on the standard display. Is there a way to default the chart to the secondary monitor by default but have all other (normal) workbooks open on the primary monitor?

Probably, but it's not an excel thing. It would be a windows thing of some sort. I don't have an explicit answer in mind, but I would have a look at your nvidia/ati/intel graphics software. They may support this feature out of the box. Failing that, I think you may want to have a look at Ultramon. It's worth the expense if you're running multiple monitors anyhow.

I guess if that didn't work, you might be looking at ahk or something.
