Deactivation and Reactivation of Menu

I am writing and application using vba. I need away to remove the menu while in the application and put the menu back. I do not want change anything that the user may have setup on Excel menu.

I am not looking to create a new menu but to deactivate the original menu and bring the original menu back with the setting that was setup by the users.
