Day and Date on chart axis

Hi

I have a chart which has on the horizontal axis dates from a row of data.

I can post underneath the day of the week.

I have tried to concatenate them but all I get is day of the week and the date value.

Can someone tell me how to get for example Sun 11/3 for the axis value?
