Datewise sorting from a database

Hello
I have some tasks with this sheet
kindly help me

1. Starting date is written in Column F and Column G to N will be increasing month as shown in header (I did EDATE(Column F;Header)) to increase interval as header.
2. Column will be blank if Column D is 40/75 and header is more than 6 months (both condition met), otherwise point 1.
3. Current month in the array to be extracted in another sheet/place by sorted as Date of month (i can define month and data extracts in dateiwse sorting)

I know it is not very tough task for a pro, but somehoe I lost my touch and unable to put logic in correct context, please help me

I am not sure what you want to happen. Please explain and show what you want the results to look like. Additionally, we do not need your entire worksheet to solve your issue. 8-10 records will suffice.

Some development from earlier sheet...
I put some formula Using IFS
(multiple conditions for resultant values, and now this sheet is giving date intevals specified based on conditions. if there is shorter formula, I would be grateful)

There are dates spread over 8 columns, there are intervals, -specific to row conditions, but are across all columns/rows.
now, Requirement is

A database specified for a perticular month, Say Aug 2021; sorted on date.

Name Strength Batch No. Study condition Withdrawl month (3, 6, 9, .......) date
Sorting Column b Sorting Column A

AAA xxx wwww ddd 3 20 Aug 21
AAA xxy wwww ddd 24 21 Aug 21
AAA xxy wwww ddd 9 23 Aug 21

I sent sheet with more data because this array goes to 4 years, means name stated at 2018 will go till 2022 at different withdrawl months

Please bear with me if I could not make it fully understandable.
