Date Range in a cell

How do i write a formula for this:
If "this date" is within the date range shown in "this cell", then say "Cov", if not, say "No Coverage"

I am familiar with how to do an If formula but the part I don't know is: "this date" is within the date range shown in "this cell".

Hi Monyania,
Coverage dates in your file are not in real dates, i have used 2 helper columns to convert'em in real numbers (yellow cells)

See if the attached blue cells are ok.
