I want to compare dates and then hide the column conditionally but my code is skipping the condition. I found the error in the local window and placed arow in above & below direction.

Avoid to use dates and text which looks dates with Your code.
Verify that You have given dates always with same format mm/dd/yyyy.
There are some challenges to verify those with a picture.
