Hi all, am new! so please bear with me and thank you for your time!
I am trying to do the following:
1) Build pivot to calculate things like:
- Average lead time per order type
- Average lead time per platform
- Orders breached SLA per month for the last six complete months.
2) Represent graphically:
a. Monthly order growth per customer
b. Current order status for those started in the last two months.
But am not sure on the averages nor how to calculate with dates in pivot tables?
how would i calculate dates over a certain date and then show this by month and then 6 monts?
Also in graphs to show order status for those customers for last two months??
I have an interview for this presentation tomrrow so all help greatly appreciated!!!
