Hi, Im looking for a basic database so i can input the following information

SS On Duty

Employee Staff Name

Employee No

Location

Start Time

Finish Time


Once the data is entered i want it to go onto another sheet to record the details.

You could use Access and design a user input form with search facilites,....but why not use Excel, Access comes into it own with millions of data bits
