Data Validation

I need to create a data validation list that has the percentages 1 through 100 in increments of 1. I was wondering if there is anyway to do this without creating a range of 100 cells in the spreadsheet or typing the 100 numbers in the source box? Perhaps using the INDIRECT formula. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
 
No, can't create a drop down unless you list them all out. But if I may ask, why would you want to? It would be much simpler to just limit the input to 2 digit decimals between 0 and 1.
