I have attached the file wherein I required your help in extracting the specific data as a list in the data validation. Is it possible? Thanks a lot.

why not just copy and paste to a hidden sheet the exact items you wish to have in your validation? Much safer and not as tricky!

Thanks Alan and vletm. The range is not fixed (no. of rows may increase/decrease) and the data gets updated on a frequent basis. That's why looking for a dynamic option for this.

Dynamic option ... hmm?
With my sample solution no matter of number of rows.
You can add or delete as many row as You have time.
... or ... there should be those Your used 'key rows'.
How dynamic option would You like to have?
Could You explain it eg with 50 words?
