Enclosed file contains list created for data validation with the different colour.

Nos to be selected as per data validation alongwith the colours. Now only nos are appearing and colour is not getting updated with nos

Please revert the process for completing the task

A further minor suggestion: If you link the conditional formatting to the cell containing each of the entries in the validation list rather than hardwiring its value, you will be able to change the validation list without disturbing the conditional formatting.

You could also apply the same formatting to the validation list itself to ensure its colours remain synchronised with those of the conditional format. For that it might be better to use [Cell Value], [equal to], [reference $H$4 etc.] to avoid problems with relative referencing
