Data Validation

Hello Gurus,

Need a little help here regarding data validation. I have a dataset from A2 till D18. Using data validation which has been placed at G2, H4 and I6 and probably some other function I want to extract only those fields that are corresponding to the selection.

For ex., If I select "Home" in G2, I should only have the managers listed under "Home" in my validation in H4. Similarly, all the reasons falling under H4 should be populated in I6.
