Attached Spreadsheet basic table with 4 COMBO BOXs (not independent: A28 - E28 ), works but how to express rest of ROW SPILL majority with directly ref'd = for each row COLUMN F43 - N43?

=SORT(UNIQUE(FILTER(F4:N26,(E4:E26=E28)*(D4:D26=D28)*(B4:B26=B28)*(A4:A26=A28),"")))

Also looking for simple uncomplicated FORMULA solution, aware can construct INDEPENDENT COMBO BOXes but it gets complicated, perhaps SEARCH or SEQUENCE can be less complicated if not independent? Example files attached!
