Data Validation List without duplicates

Hello All!!

I'm trying to figure out how I can use the Data Validation drop down list to where it will not allow the same value in a given table.

Example I have a list of Fruit. List includes Apple, Orange, Peach, Pear. So I selected a cell and made a drop down list with those values. I what to use the list in 4 different cells BUT I do not want to be able to select the same fruit.

Any thoughts?
