Data Validation - Indirect and Vlookup not working

Hi,

I'm working on an excel.

I have one dropdown; based on this list I calculate a technical value. Based on this technical value I want to change the entries in second dropdown table

I attached my example.

Can somebody help me?

I tried everything
=OFFSET(C9;MATCH($B$6;$B$10:$B$22;0);0;COUNTIF(B10:B22;$B$6);1)
=OFFSET(; MATCH($G6;REQ_ARTYP;0);0;COUNTIF(REQ_ARTYP;$G6);1)
=MATCH($G6;REQ_ARTYP;"")
=INDIRECT(VLOOKUP(G5;vlookupcondition;2;FALSE))
=INDIRECT(VLOOKUP(G5;small_prallias;2;FALSE))

but nothing is working. I already had a look at the forum and I already looked at that website
