data validation for specific criterias

Hi,

Iam unable to do the data validation of the below worksheet. though i tried to create a drop down list(sheet 5 & 6). Am not able to select the concerned sheet (sheet 6) after goint to data validation> list. Please help me out in the following issues and let me know why it happened.

Even I cant restrict the negative value (sheet 2 for reference) if I provide the formula =$A$2:$A$5>0. what is the mistake am doing?

and I dont know to do the data validation of remaining sheets. Help me on that.

Sheet 1: cell E13
Sheet 2: A2:A5
Sheet 3: C8:D12
Sheet 5:C10.
