Sir,

Attached is a sample file,
if i change filter D3 to Mumbai,Thane or Vashi
D5 Take changes only after clicking its not auto.
again require if type contain either of Mumbai, Vashi or Thane
Text to be auto filled like if type Dom... in D5 further text to be highlihed as Dombivali

When I change first drop down second drop down resets. Auto Complete is only possible if you had already entered the same text in the column above. So it will not be direct but can be done if you are ready to hide some rows.
