And on the condition that the result is not less than zero

Hi,

The structure custom number format semi-colons make in section of : Positive value;Negative value;Zero value;Text value

Then,

Custom number format >> 0;;0; >> will give Negative value and Text value to blank

and

>> 0; >> with the ignore of 0 value and Text value section, it become only give Negative value to blank

So

both of the above format can comply with the OP's requirement
