Data from excel sheet gone

I have been using MS Excel 2007 during some months. I don't have many experience in this application. I was working with my excel sheet on my job. After some hours my computer bugged and it was shut off. After I turned it on all the data from working excel sheet was gone. After this, I can't continue my work. I hope, some experienced pats, would assist...

Do you have a back-up copy? Perhaps on a back-up device or in the cloud? Failing that, can you attach the sheet here so that someone can try to open it for you?

A corrupt excel spreadsheet can be repaired by using Open and Repair technique. It is a built-in repair function that opens a corrupt excel file forcefully.
*OpenMS Excel >pressCtrl+O >locate corrupt excel spreadsheet and select it.
*Click on the arrow shown besideOpenbutton>selectOpen and Repair.
It will take just a few seconds to be completed and selected file will be opened, if possible.
