i am beginner to try make simple data entry using useform VBA Excel. and i get simple and example code by searching in goggle.
i try editing this code for adjust with my project. when i try submit found some error on option button code.

attached i send my file for easy edit.

What would do You mean with easy edit?
... if it something ... easy ... then - You would know, what to do?

Rather than writing another data entry program from scratch, have you tried using the built in form option in Excel or looked at the free data entry program available at https: //dexelform.com

i'm sorry if my explanation not clear, i can found name the error cause show pop up error "Could not set the coloumnwidth property. Type mismatch"
and about something easy. i mean this refer to master can easy edit or see my code if i attach my file. Sorry if this make confused.

but when i continue next step for add record found error like this "Error nr 0; in Module VAR46042"

As some challenges are with Forms "Could not set the coloumnwidth property. Type mismatch"
a) note: there is nothing in column P
b) I don't use Forms - cannot edit those at all
=> I'll skip this thread

Many things are possible,
but many times 'easy', would mean double work.

Sorry that you have experienced this problem. I am told that the it has arisen because your table is completely empty. If you key anything into the first row of the table the problem will go away. A new version of dexelform has been uploaded to the website which solves this issue permanently.
